6. St. GalleN Diversity & Inclusion Week

At the University of St. Gallen, a wide range of research centres and institutes are dedicated to the highly relevant topic of Diversity & Inclusion. The St. Gallen Diversity & Inclusion Week is conceived to contribute to discussing the findings together with practical experience.

The 6th St. Gallen Diversity & Inclusion Week will take place from 12-16 September. This year’s focus topic is

INCLUDING – EXCLUDING AND THE IMPACT OF (IN-)VISIBILITY

With this central theme, we will shed light on the many forms of exclusion and share scientific findings and practical experiences on how inclusion can succeed. What influence does intelligence have on exclusion? What are the effects of wage transparency? What role do leaders play in successful inclusion?

Be inspired by a wide range of speakers, exchange ideas with colleagues on the burning questions and take away concrete evidence-based implementation ideas.

PROGRAMME 2022

This year’s week will start on Monday afternoon with short “food for thoughts” inputs. From Tuesday to Thursday, various online sessions on the central theme will take place. The Gender Intelligence Report 2022 will be launched in a hybrid format on Tuesday afternoon. At the end of the week, we will meet on Friday at the Executive Campus of the University of St. Gallen with practical input sessions and enough space for exchange and networking.

The programme from Monday to Thursday is free of charge – Friday is with costs. The number of places for Friday is limited. Secure your place in advance!
