ARRIVAL
By public transport
Direct train connections to Zurich main station and Zurich airport (1 hour). There are also good connections from Bern (2 hours), Geneva (4 hours) and Munich (3 hours) to St.Gallen. From St.Gallen main station, take bus number 5 in the direction of Rotmonten to the bus stop Universität/Dufourstrasse, or bus number 9 to the bus stop Universität/Gatterstrasse, near the HSG campus and SQUARE.
By car
St.Gallen is well connected and can be reached quickly via the A1. A limited number of paid parking spaces are available on Gatterstrasse (note: CHF 5/hour on weekdays, CHF 1.50/hour on Saturdays and Sundays, payment by credit card only). Other public parking spaces (CHF 1.50/hour, max. parking time: 3 hours) are located on Guisanstrasse, directly in front of the upper entrance to university building 09 (formerly B-building) and further down on Dufourstrasse.
Accommodation
The HSG Alumni House, located within walking distance of the SQUARE, is part of the Executive Campus HSG at Holzweid. This university-owned guesthouse is nestled in a green, tranquil setting and offers 54 hotel rooms, a fitness room, a sauna, and a breakfast buffet featuring exclusively regional products.
